Hello fellow BP members!!

I wanted to check if anyone has had any experience working with any of the following turnkey providers:

1) Missy MsCall- Hammonds and her turnkey firm "Retire With Real Estate" in Ohio

2) Nick McKinnis - McKinnis Real Estate LLC based in Kansas City

3) PARC - based in Indianapolis

I am out of state investor based in Chicago looking for buy and hold turkey projects with atleast 10.0% COCROI. All of these providers have properties and experience to meet my requirements.

I wanted to check if anyone has had experience working with any of these providers and if you could share your experience/insights with me.

Hello BP,

I am a inventor based in Chicago and am looking for out of state investments via turnkey. I have been networking with few people on BP and recently I was recommended to consider with RetireWithRealEstate.Biz.

They are a turnkey provider in Ohio market with in house property management. They have a long track record with over 1400 properties under management and they claim a 2-4% vacancy rate.

I did not see any discussions on BP on RetireWithRealEstate.Biz and wanted to check if anyone has had any experience working with them.

Any information would be helpful.

@Mark Cison Have you thought about partnering with someone - friends/family. Good to way to raise additional capital and share the risk.

@Frank Casi Hey Frank - I was recommended HoldFolio by a fellow member on BP was trying to get more information. Did you end up investing with them? Also which regions are you currently investing and are you still involved with Midwest equity partners?
