I am interested in joining this meeting. Please keep me in loop
I live in Fremont. I have also invested in 5 out of state properties. I purchased 3 of them through SDIRA and 2 of them outside. All the 5 properties are turnkey. I do not have time or expertise and so I purchased turnkey properties. I am interested in this meeting as well, hearing to other's experiences and learn. Let me know the details of the meeting

I talked to 25+ banks and lenders. I have not found any bank with 85% LTV on rental property so far. If anyone has any referrals who can do loans at 85% LTV on rental properties, I would be interested in learning about those lenders/banks.

I am Northern California. If there are any such events hosted in Bay area, I would be interested in attending. I am so far investing only on SFH and would be interested in getting insights on commercial real estate investing.

I had a bad experience in such a scenario. I burned my hands !!

I paid money that was agreed initially. After that, the other person keeps asking money again and again. When I asked for refund, there is no response on phone or on e-mail. I complained to bank, police etc.. Eventually, bank found out that scammer has taken out my money and vanished. I have fought hard with sending bank and receiving bank too !!

Since then, I am keeping away from anyone who asks for upfront $$. First question, I ask is, whether they will go through Escrow. If not, I will back out from any further discussions.

Thanks

I would also be interested in any feedback on Holton-Wise

What I see is that, HELOC interest rates are much higher compared to the interest rate for 1st mortgage. Has anyone seen HELOC interest rates closer to 1st mortgage rates.

This is another factor to consider whether to use HELOC or cash out through 1st mortgage

It is not cash-out.

I am trying to refinance to get better interest rate and better monthly payment.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

Value of property: $130,000 (approx.)

Loan to refinance: $90000 (approx)

I am looking to refinance the mortgage on my rental property in Jacksonville, FL.

Does anyone have any referrals for lenders in Florida ?

Thanks
