Hello, I'm looking into the Las Vegas market for a multi family unit. This would be my first out of state investment and am interested in Las Vegas due to its rental stability and cash flow possibility. I am looking to buy and hold, not flip or wholesale. What are the best neighborhoods to invest it? Are you bullish on Vegas right now for a buy and hold? Anyone know a great agent to connect me with? Hi everyone, as well as a part time real estate investor I also run a social media marketing agency. I'm kicking around the idea of putting together a Social media training course. Does that sound interesting to anyone? If so what would you like to learn? Would you Pay for it?
