Thanks @Mike Gallagher is there a strong rental market outside of the college area?  Or should I focus my search around USU? Thanks for the info @William Hochstedler very good to know! There seems to be a decent amount of duplex's in good shape near USU.  Do either of you have suffusions for a property manager?  I've read good things about Reeder Asset Management. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I live in California and am looking into Erie as a potential investment location on a multi family buy ad hold property. Doing my preliminary market research and wanted to know if anyone has any helpful info on the area. Best location for rentals? Good realtors? Good property managers? Any other important info I should know about Erie. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, I'm looking into the Las Vegas market for a multi family unit. This would be my first out of state investment and am interested in Las Vegas due to its rental stability and cash flow possibility. I am looking to buy and hold, not flip or wholesale. What are the best neighborhoods to invest it? Are you bullish on Vegas right now for a buy and hold? Anyone know a great agent to connect me with? Also if anyone knows a good PM to pint me to that would be great. Any other info also helpful. Thanks!

Hi everyone, as well as a part time real estate investor I also run a social media marketing agency. I'm kicking around the idea of putting together a Social media training course. Does that sound interesting to anyone? If so what would you like to learn? Would you Pay for it? Possible topics could be a Facebook ads module, Instagram marketing, YouTube keyword marketing, using Facebook business and personal for your RE business.... Any and all feedback is welcome. Thanks!
