Hi @Rich Hupper - The original mortgage amounts are found through the title searches, yes. Related to tax assessor records, the tax assessor only sees the sales price if the buyer reports it, or if they have MLS access.

Hi @Rich Hupper - I echo what Jeff said. I know things work differently across states. As an FYI, Idaho is a non-disclosure state when it comes to sale prices, not sure if Massachusetts is the same. We of course see them on the MLS. Have a great day!

hi @Erin Brecht.  Welcome to the Boise market.  Our multi-family inventory is indeed extremely limited.  There are some great wholesalers here in Boise.  I will message you! 

@Andrew Neal - That has been our primary type of rentals in Boise.  Been very pleased, especially because our tenants tend to stay a long time (one has been there a decade now, and others are at 5+ years), and it is fun to see those balances go down on the mortgage statements.  Not living off of any fancy cash flow, but something tells me we will be especially glad we did this in 10 more years.
