We’re currently seeking a fantastic full-time or nearly full time licensed Real Estate Buyers Agent based on the following specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Idaho real estate license.
- 1+ year of real estate experience.
- Minimum of 5 transactions completed (more preferred).
- Confidence and skill working with high-caliber clients and experienced investors.
- Experience with buying or owning investment properties is a huge PLUS (optional).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attendance at our weekly team meeting (currently scheduled for Monday at 9:30 am). Depending on personal circumstances, a conference call may be acceptable.
- Gather weekly for calling current leads and active buyers/sellers.
- Attendance at one monthly Silvercreek meeting (whether that be the monthly brokerage meeting, or agent round table).
- Commitment to one 30-minute coaching/strategy session with Jonna per week for first 90 days.
- A minimum of 20 phone calls/pop-bys/in person meetings each week.
- Adherence to standards for writing an offer.
- Furiously fast lead follow-up!
- Standard of 1 addition to database per day minimum.
- Take one current or potential client to lunch or coffee each week.
- Commitment to always inviting others to become a part the community that we are creating with our clients at Jonna Weber Real Estate.
- Expectation of a minimum of 20 closed transactions per year.
- Participation in goal setting and sharing for different areas of life.

Buyer Services Support:
- Professional transaction coordination provided by licensed agents at Transactions by Angie. (When agent does not collect, the team splits the cost with them).
- Agent can expect buyer leads regularly (especially investor buyers, which are wonderful for multiple transactions from one lead).
- Closing gifts (gift cards provided by JWRE).
- Contribution to charity with every closing.
- Fully integrated website with property searches for buyer clients.
Agent Training and Support:
- Weekly staff gathering for updates, goal setting, general support and camaraderie.
- Weekly support phone call or in-person coaching with Jonna.
- Rotating system available for periodic weekends away and time off. We help each other out!
