Ive only used listsource. It depends on the information and the size of the list. 

@Matthew Gillespie for direct mail strategy to under market value property I would talk to @Michael Quarles . His website and blog target these areas. Does anyone have experience in Probate in Pinellas County? How do you find the important information from the court house and if they had real estate. 

Key words: (St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa)

How do you find equity? In listsource you can target properties with equity. Is there another way to find this information? 

For me county records is a great start for free! .... If they county website is online helps too ;) 

My county has it where you can find all the info and then some.

Best of luck finding someone. But I believe that this service would be best serve in the Marketplace. If you buy in the Tampa Buy area I have buyers lined up.

This is the best thing about podio!! The best way that I have came up with is using different phone numbers for each piece of marketing. This will allow you to split test your marketing. From there create a workflow that will automate the task to call them that day, next month, whatever you want really. Let me know if this helps. If not then send me a pm.
