I have reviewed popular website platforms; however, I want to see actual examples of sites that convert. Who has the best website for generating seller leads?

I would say it's usually not about the website & content so much....rather how optimized it is for search engines. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks

When you say commercial and residential, do you mean flipping? Syndicating? Well one way is to start your own money fund and fund your projects that way, start offering 401K conversions into self-directed IRA's or simple create a private placement memorandum. Connect if you have any further questions or need some tips on how to proceed.

How about contacting cash buyers directly to present your deal?

After running the comps there is a nice one at $115K and another at $122. I priced this one at $125K and have had a lot of buzz on Zillow with views, but only 1 showing. The feedback from the showing was that it looked great but was priced too high. My questions are:

How long do you wait to reduce the price? House has been up for about 5 days and we just went through the 4th.

If you reduce the price, how much do you reduce?

Any feedback would be great and a link to the home is below. Thank you for any suggestions.

How about contacting known cash buyers directly that you KNOW buys in that area? You might not have to reduce with the right cash buyer. It's all about networking.

How about marketing to vacants, high equity or even owners in financial distress. If you'd like to connect I can give you some tips on how to do that.

Hi Michael. I have been told by BP that if I tell you how to get this or wish to provide it to you for free that I am soliciting, however if you connect with me I will gladly assist you on how to get these lists.

May I recommend going to a local REIA meeting or search for a meeting close by on meetup.com :)
