Hello, and whaaazzzzup to you too!
Stopping foreclosure is a good thing. Making money
off of foreclosures is also a good thing.
I'm going to a "hotel meetin'" tomorrow about how
to profit from foreclosures...so we'll see won't we!
Anyway, glad you're here...let's go and make some
money.
Hello J, and welcome to our forum!
I would say that the simple answer to your question
is "no", you don't have to start a business to do this,
and if you do start one, it won't help you get
financing.
Search for and read Ryan Webber's posts to get an
idea of how to get started in the flipping business.
There is not much expense in getting a property
under contract, but you do need to have a network
of investors to flip them to.
Begin going to your local rei club and network your
way into this business.

Hello Jackie, and welcome!
Let me be the first to "shake your hand" and welcome
you to our forum.
I think you'll especially like the threads that deal
with buying and selling notes. We're getting more
and more traders in notes joining all the time. 8)
Let me join the others in wishing you all the best
on this forum.
