My partner and I went to hear Ann Goldschmidt give
her "hotel meeting" teaser yesterday.

It was a 90 minute preview of her 3 day course on
Short Selling homes.

The course comes complete with a private website
where you can easily find out what homes in your
area are in pre-foreclosure (missed payments) and
what they are worth, and how much is owed on them.

They also give free leads to their graduates and one
year intensive hand-holding support if you need it.

By "free leads" I mean that graduates who find deals
but are way too busy nowadays to do them, will
hand them off to newer graduates who may be
struggling to get started.

Now to the preview: Of hotel meeting speeches I've
heard this was one of the best. Ann herself is a
drop dead gorgeous blond and has a very exciting
personality and style of delivery.

She knows how to work a crowd and get them
eating out of the palm of her hand.

Although we are not going to go to the training, we
came away inspired and enthused. The
speeach she gave was absolutely inspiring and
uplifting and was better than many a sermon I've
heard in church.

She tells her own story of how she was destitute and
struggling to do this business with her husband able
to watch the kids because he was unemployed. There
was not an ounce of self-pity -- just real inspiration.

I recommend that anyone who hears that she is coming
to town take the opportunity to hear her talk.

Hello griego,

And welcome. I think you'll have to look hard for
20% cash on cash, but those are out there.

As for quality, I think with the tough times we're
going through, there are really nice houses coming
on the market at steep discounts.

Especially look into the Short Sale market to find
houses in pre-foreclosure that will be quite nice
and might even meet your cash flow requirements.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

Lots of loan officers take the plunge into the other
side of the business; and why not? They are already
knowledgable about financing a home, so they make
great finders and networkers and ultimately
investors.

Happy Networking!

Hello knowledge,

Let me add my word of welcome to the forum.

We're glad you're here.

Hehehe...

Josh -- known as biggerpo -- is the owner.

Ryan Webber is just a luminous example of the kind
of people we have as regular posters and moderators.
Pretty good, no?

I second what Mr. Green has just said.

If you have one component, wave it in the air and
you can usually attract the other two.

BTW, hello and welcome to our forum!
