:D Just out of curiosity-"Take possession prior to closing and rent..."-this is not something all sellers brokers would encourage correct? It sounds like a good idea but what financial or life situations, on the sellers part, would make taking possession prior to closing advantageous to that seller? Can you think of any?

It is late in the day-i tried to contact them earlier but probably wont get a reply today. Has anyone on here ever dealt with them? Will they do loans on income properties? What about short term loans for rehabs? Dan :D :D :D
