:D I just saw something on the internet that says the minimum bid is 80% of the assessed value for Oregon tax lien sales on properties. Dan

William Bronchik: This would be for properties that are FSBO. Dan

Can a JV/Partnership agreement ,between, you and the seller, be used to conduct a wholesale deal instead of using regular assignment contracts? I was thinking about doing this if all i am doing is getting a firm ask price from the seller and then locating a buyer. My fee for locating a buyer would be an agreed upon "buyout" percentage if the deal closes.Thank you, Dan

:D Once i have an e-mailed or verbal (agreed upon) price from a seller can i immediatley begin soliciting for buyers? On classified sites, real estate sites, etc.? I would have a verbal contract to make a start. But while in the process of expediting a contract for the seller to sign can i simutaneously post that same property (address) for sale?I would be selling the contract to a buyer and not the actual property-that would be between my seller and buyer (when i get one). Of course the property itself is FSBO. Are there any legal repercussions to using the process i just described?Let me know. Thanks, Dan

EBay+MyHouseDeals: Has anyone ever used MyHouseDeals to get sellers and assign contracts by posting the contract on Ebay? Ebay (Ebay auctions or classifieds) to use as a wholesaling tool? Dan

:D Thanks Bill. But would you put it in the EBay classified section or in the auction section? If in the auction section how would you determine minimum opening bisbid? Dan

Has anyone ever done this? Successfully? Can anyone think of how the assignment process would work using EBay as a wholesale tool? Thanks, Dan

:D Kevin Yeats was also right. I sent the buyer my JV/Partnership agreement to sign and send back to me. His response: He and I would be working together and his investor is out of town at the moment and he will contact me as soon as he has a long talk with his investor.I could wait forever on this one and dont want to.

:D :D I still have to locate some more property leads before i actually show any deals to my buyer. So i have some time to submit my own agreement in the meantime.
