@Eduardo Calle congratulations on your success so far. Have you thought about being apart of a REIA or considered syndication? It is a great way to connect with people in the Atlanta area and syndication is a great way to invest without doing the heavy lifting of executing the business plan. Hope you are doing well

@Harold Curtis it all depends on the area within the market and markets vary from location to location. Learning the market and knowing someone and networking in that market is important. Good luck!

@John Gach it does depend on your goals and what you are looking to accomplish. If you were looking to go big, have you thought about syndication at all? It is a great way to invest in a larger property that one may not be able to obtain alone and without doing all the heavy lifting going out on your own. In addition, finding a great mentor that has experience is always helpful. It is a relationship business at the end of the day. Good luck!

Hi @Diana Dorantes, is there a particular region in the country you are looking for to invest in? But syndication is a great tool to begin investing in multifamily projects. Some syndicators allow 1031 but the majority don't. If you have anymore questions please let me know. Thanks
