@Krystal Marquez have you ever thought about syndication? It is a great way to invest in real estate for under 100K a year without doing heavy lifting and putting in a ton of sweat equity if you have a full time job or other endeavors

@Caitlin Daniel real estate historically is one of the more stable investments one can make. It all depends on the market however, having a conservative underwriting technique is a great way to double check and be safe so you can fully feel confident in the deal and more than likely be surprised in the deal in a good way.

@Ryan Boltman Birmingham, AL is a great town along with the other typical sunbelt states especially during Covid. The development around the minor league park and the new UAB football stadium that is being constructed will bring more life into the downtown area with bars and restaurants. The Midwest would also be a great spot to look as well.

@Sawyer Smith are there other commercial properties next to it? But agree, that it varies by definition area from area. Every local law and definition could be different. Good luck!

Can't go wrong with investing in the Midwest @Davere Currie, unlike coastal states and cities the Midwest has had slow and steady increase over the past five years

Good luck @William Collins, very exciting. Building up a relationship with the syndicator is important cause end of the day it is about finding the right sponsor more than it is about finding the right property.
