All great points @Brian Burke, enjoying reading your book so far. Important to build a relationship when looking to get into syndication compared to just trying to find the best property. End of the day it is a relationship business.

@Kaylee Walterbach being strategic with who you partner with in syndication is big, someone who is focused on the relationship and wanting to grow your wealth and go above and beyond your financial goals is important. Definitely alot of opportunities out there

@Paul Choi great points, although deals are becoming few a farther between with cap rates becoming compressed being with a great organization who has a great reputation for syndication who focus on relationships will not skip a beat during this pandemic time.

Syndication is a great way to invest in multifamily, however it is important to find the right syndicator and understand that it should be a relationship and someone you can trust. Knowing their experience and expertise will help you achieve what you are looking to get out of the initial investment.

I agree @Todd Dexheimer, always great to have a diverse portfolio of investments especially like a syndication.
