Good Day BP!

My name is Will, I represent Paul Lopa Designs and Cabinet plant. We have been featured on NBC's "George To The Rescue" and will be featured on Bravo's "Sell it Like Serhant". I am excited to get started on BP and start networking with some great people. LET'S GET STARTED

My credit score is 667, with no major issues and my salary is $93600. From my research it does not meet the minimum 680 for an investment loan. My fiance has a 720 score but only makes $30000. Would she be able to help me get the loan needed?

Good Evening,

My name is Will, I am from NYC and am curious about the Greenville market. I am looking to invest in a 3bd SFR in a bedroom community. What are the best rental communities in Greenville and is the 1% rule attainable in the market? Looking for a little appreciation and a little cashflow. From what I have been told Greenville is a hot market.

Good Day All,

I am looking to purchase a home that is being sold "as is", and has the common "do not disturb tenants" sign. When can I have my inspector go in? Do I need to make an offer first, put down a deposit? What happens if I put down a deposit and its in shambles?

I am a first time buyer, I want to purchase an investment property in MO. Is there any way I can get a mortgage living out of state?

I have 30k to invest into real estate. I was hoping to get my hands on a duplex in MO. I heard positive things about that market. Any one have any advice or wise words for the KC, area? I was looking by West Plaza.

@Gordon Cuffe I've been told more than once about KC. I'll have to do some research in that market. I am closing in on 30k now so hopefully my returns will be higher. Can I get a mortgage for less than 100k? I was told it is difficult to get a mortgage for less than 100k. And any wise words for a 28 year old first time investor making 90k salary?? Thanks Gordon!
