I personally like the lighter wood shades. Grey is staring to go out of stylem but you can always make a wood shade appealing. I am partial to Shaw.

Quote from @Tim Merritt:
Hey everyone,
I recently stumbled across the Bigger Pockets network through the Real Estate Rookie podcast with Tony & Ashley and have enjoyed learning about different real estate investment strategies. I am based in the Tampa, FL area and looking to connect and build relationships with the community to learn about this exciting space and hopefully be able to contribute some day.
I currently own a single family home, but have wanted to start exploring building a real-estate portfolio, so I'm trying to learn as much as I can. I have come into some inherited properties and want to use these as a launch pad to grow into a real estate investor.
Looking forward to learning from this community and the valuable insights offered through the BP team.
Thanks!
-Tim
Welcome to BiggerPockets! I love the Tampa area. Are your properties there, or somewhere else?
Looking forward to following your journey. Hit me up if you have any lending questions!
