@Thomas Latuga Thank you Thomas for the shout out! I appreciate brother!

Hi All,

I am Yosef from Queens, NY and I am investing in out of state multifamily. I and my partner Nico from Long Island run a virtual meetup. It started as virtual because it was born during Pandemic shutdown but we are planning to go live sometime next year.

Since it’s virtual some people from out of state also attends. Mostly we invite a guest from multifamily field and mix it up with little bit of networking. Usually about 20-40 people attend depending on topics. There is also one in Westchester that’s run by my friend in White plain. I and a couple of local people are thinking about having an in person meetup sometime next year! Very excited! Good to see many like minded investors here! 💪

Hi Wan-Yi, sorry for the late response to this but I know we are separately connected! Lol

A right mastermind is worth every penny. Again, right mastermind and you need to do your part.

@Hadar Orkibi is the guy you want to network then. AR is his market and he has Multifamily properties there. You said you are a long distance investor. Hadar himself is also like you but he is out of country yet still manages the properties.

Hadar Orkibi has a free course and Ebook, which is very helpful. search Hadar Orkibi here or checkout his website. 👇

Hi Brian, sorry just saw this.

DM me for the capital and I'll explain there. As to my role, I started with underwriting, and reading contracts and being a point person between attorneys. Now, I am doing more of asset management and capital raising on top of being responsible for legal due diligence. Thanks.

@Ethan Neumann  Just like what others say above, I highly recommend Jake and Gino. By joining the group, I not only got my education part but also I met many life time friends and partners. Joining a mentorship program will obviously not guarantee your success. however it will definitely get you the blueprint and the roadmap so that you can expedite your game. Within about a year joining the group, from zero unit, I became a GP of over 100 units. If you wanna talk about my experience I will openly share with you so DM me. You can also read about my first deal story here.

Congratulations on the deal! I am interested in the occupancy rates being lower at closing...did the seller's PM team stop trying to keep the property leased up once they found out it was under contract? Or was the occupancy misrepresented?  Either way good job for figuring out a solution to get the deal done.  I would love to connect and hear more about this deal.

Hey Jackson! Thank you and let's connect and get on a zoom call! I'll tell you what happened! FB: yosefhlee.esq   LinkedIn: yosefyourbrosef
