Mr. Jared,
I do not know if anyone would answer your questions in a way you expect. I mean answers will vary depending on what investors focus on.
I have done 'Fix & Flip' and 'Buy & Hold' and each has pros and cons. Now I do not do either, but I do 'Buy & Finance'. It is far better than 'Fix & Flip' or 'Buy & Hold' in my opinion.
