One of the major advantages that I never hear mentioned is that I can generate 5k mailing lists monthly for no extra fee. The Pros and Cons are numerous.
Thanks for the advice James! Could you elaborate on the free 5k mailing list please?

I'm loving those options John!...lol I think that's the best part about getting the license, the options it gives you.

Well I'm still new at this RE investment stuff but from what I heard wholetailing is the same as wholesaling except you buy the property and sell it at retail value instead of selling the property contract to another investor and only earning an assignment fee. Some people say it's kind of like flipping a property too.

I'm really loving the sound of those benefits Tom!...lol I do plan to get my license but not join the board for now. If all goes well, and I'm able to grow this business steadily, I might seriously consider going further with my license so I can take advantage of all of those benefits. I sure would hate to leave money on the table after working so hard on these deals. Either way, I appreciate you sharing that information! Thank you!

You're very welcome Ohio! I'm new too and struggle with this myself so I definitely can relate.

I have yet to go to a meeting but I am always interested in meeting with other investors!
Hi Desiny. Sorry if you didn't get my original response but here it is just incase.
"Thanks so much Desiny! I actually go to that local RIA. I just started though but I can ask one of the lawyers there. Appreciate your help!" :)

Hi Bryce. Not sure if you received my original response so here it is again.
"Thanks for the advice. I just attended and joined the AIN club this Monday. I'll touch base with one of the lawyers there. I look forward to meeting you guys as well!" :)

Most of the information pertaining to wholesaling pitched by the gurus doesn't apply around here. Check out the AIN group there are some attorney's there that are very knowledgable on this subject matter.
I don't know if you got my first response so I'm reposting.
