They have plans to put in a higher end movie theatre, bowling alley, and a city town center.  

Quite a few big dev projects happening right now: Warren theatre slated to open up by Memorial Day, and an entertainment center (comparable to Main Event) later this year, I think.

Anchor would be like a Starbucks for a strip center, movie theatre for a larger center and other  Marquee restaurants and retailers that are popular in your area.

We just ripped out an entire basement movie theatre because there was mold everywhere, very bad situation for the homeowner.
