Lisa you are a sole proprietor, not only can you write off your office space , some of electricity, part of your mortgage, your trips to the rentals, maint.

You have to shop around to find the best match, but this leverage might be all you need to do more than one deal at a time or do larger deals.

I took a trip to look into it and it gave me a different view on places like Fresno, Stockton, Modesto, Merced, Yuba City, Los Banos or Atwater.
