What are the best web sites for seeing price trends, both nationwide and in the states where I own lands?

I tend to bounce around the web a lot looking for information, but this forum seems to stand out above others for quality information, and any help is appreciated.  

Coming from a marketing background observing brokerage web traffic and lead flow, it seems like many potential contacts might slip away if they don't get a quick answer.

About three months ago, I left all other work and began devoting 100% of my time and energy to the real estate investing space.

Doesn't Vacasa have a web portal or a more formal report that I could at least feel was less likely to be doctored. 2 - I'm trying to eyeball what gross revenues would be.

Now so much more time, energy and resources are devoted to everything other than the underlying real estate.

I would ask the HOA for a copy of the governing docs; they may even be on their web site. 

So I understand to scale a training business many times you have to outsource ( don't know if this company is doing that) But out source your lead gen funnel.. pretty tough for the actual owners to respond to all the hits they are going to get if they are out on the web with mass advertising.. 

I work with software as part of my day job and built out a custom web app to help me analyze real estate deals as a side project.
