So I’m an investment agent, and recently I’ve been going to auctions to prepare myself for getting into the fix-and-flip game.

If I had $10,000-$20,000 I would be in the game already on some capacity and would not give it to someone else.

I will be adding a loft in one of the bedrooms, pavers on the outside patio area to relax, grill and play games.

Just need to decide what is important to you and come up with a solid game plan.   

You get "General ideas" that may get you into trouble.I suggest you either work for one of the companies first, to see if you like the game or get personal "one on one" training.Is it profitable, yes - is it "Easy" not really, Does it work, Yes.

It is a slim margins game and most in that game should see it only as a stepping stone to build cash to enter another real estate strategy (STR/LTR/MFR)!

It has taken the last 6 months of the year to come to terms with an essentially game changing mindset: "Track the input and let the effort determine the outcomes"Initially I wanted reach a goal of $100,000 in a year wholesaling real estate.

Many first time homebuyers struggle to have any skin in the game in the first place.

I wanted to ask — who's really playing games here?
