Cara,Thanks for your response, and I think that your point about timing and availability of information is well taken, but I find it hard to believe that the concepts of leverage and investing and rental properties were completely foreign to the populous in the 90's.

If you were to do this for the slum lord PM company that manages the duplex next to me you would see junk in the front yard and hear cruddy music blasting from the tenants' car (as I type this).

I'm going to be keeping this car as my daily driver.- I put down a refundable deposit on a second "fun" car and the car costs $45,000.I think I negotiated well, the average estimated "value" of the car currently is about $50k.

I would assume that the form is copyrighted by CAR as they likely created it and your downloading/photocopying it would be a violation of copyright law.

So even though your tenants are getting their cars fixed, it still has that scent in it so the rodents will continue to frequent the car.
