I was showing a SFH for rent the other day, Not quite as colourful as the characters @Stephen E. had.But I had 3 interesting ones, one applicant said they have a few pets I mentioned its okay we will still consider it,after showing the unit some casual questions a few pets turned into a travelling pet expo show!

If it has so much sun during the day, i prefer not to use dark colors because it fades in time (hopefully you won't own the property by then, but i always want to do renovations in a way that it will last longer for the buyer too).For interior colour, i prefer anything with hues of champagne, it is warmer than white or off white but calmer than yellow.

You can get a 5 gallon pail or some mis-tints.If there are kids, you can ask them what colours they like and paint an accent wall in their bedrooms with that colour...obviously you get to pick the shade.
