Digging deeper, it’s interesting to see that Chia has gone further than most other blockchains in actively aligning its infrastructure and financial products with SEC expectations.A good example of this is Permuto Capital, a joint initiative using Chia to issue voting trusts and certificate-based exposure to public equities.

I think going slightly lower than the average ADR will get those slots filled + a great product that stands out.

Since it sounds like you have a good idea of the product type (MF) and exit strategy post-construction (rental), I'd ask if you have a specific area/community/neighborhood you're targeting?

I lean local for BRRRRs, refis, and small multis when I need a quick, clean close.Out‑of‑state or national lenders: useful for DSCR loans, portfolio products, or when I want standardized terms across markets.

Margins are thinner now than they were a few years ago, especially with insurance and cleaning costs up, but a strong product still wins.On the Florida coast, you get more variety — think smaller beach towns like New Smyrna, Cape Coral, or Anna Maria Island — less saturation but also more local regulation.

It should enhance communication, not replace it.Side note: I haven't built an agent for PM yet, but it's on the near-term roadmap, along with agents for dispo and transaction management.

In reality today's products are often cheaply made and will need regular repair, maintenance, and replacement.
