The rehab I added the half bathroom, I removed 5 walls (including one load bearing) and added 2 walls.  

I have the holder on the wall. but you have to be able to remove them when you need to change batteries, otherwise i would glue them into the holder. 

Even if it is a hot market, make sure you go and look at the place in person before the conditions are removed.

This was removed long ago by BP for good reason.It seems the site is so big now they do not even know what they are doing anymore.

U have to remove 20% for roads  so basically 240 lots on 50 acres.. thats about 50 lots to the acre.. 

Also, sometimes a city will stop you if you remove an outside walls to repair it and they will make you basically condemn it as uninhabitable.
