We holda little longer than most but I have watched others in the area and they often take 6 months too...the guys with a system and crew can do it really fast.

The officials in my state fight tooth and nail to hold on to the tax revenue.As you mentioned, there is only a certain time of the year to protest. 

@Avee-Ashanti Shabazz some of the other responders seem to be confusing "affordable" with "subsidized or low income" housing - and perhaps you are too.

Those who fought the lender tooth and nail for years in that lawsuit have an inclination to fight to stay in the house, and they could be more difficult to get out.

For that reason, I suspect you would be fighting various organizations tooth and nail to do something like this at a 'business' scale/level. 

I think I paid closer to retail on this property too.

This is your primary residence too, the people saying don’t risk your credit... well, after you are living in your primary residence you should take some credit risks because you can’t will your kids your credit score.

You may like them, but having them drill your tooth probably isn't going to go well for you.

I'd buy a unicorn and fly around the world to party with Santa, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, Puff the Magic Dragon, the talking M 'n M's and whoever else I could find that doesn't really exist.
