Although I agreed with everyone's feedback that her proposition was slimy, I thought I would give it a try and told her I'd give her $2000 if my offer was accepted.In my mind I was only taking my maximum allowable offer and reducing it by $2000 to take her commission into consideration.Let me tell you what the $2000 cheese got me from the rat.

Of course you would have said it much more captivating :) Several things.It doesn't matter how many ways forms or methods you try to sell a baby cow burger, with onions, and juicy lettuce on top, to a vegan.

Our dining facilities on base (which offer free meals to juniors/dirt cheap meals to seniors) are habitually becoming more and more empty with individuals choosing to spend money daily at burger king, subway etc. 

As far as things go, I may not have actually bought any rentals yet, but I am not a burger flipper living in my moms basement either.
