However it has merit, shop around for a contractor.Great comments above, especially Aaron's and Randy's as they are pointing out considerations investors must address.Saying making some repairs to fix and flip is vague and IMO, the contractor wanting $500 to go look is really saying he's not interested.It all depends on the scope of work.

I have a seller who is willing to sell but I'm having a hard time finding my Arv but I have a lot of homes around me that are just selling for current condition, what do I do to find my Arv to come up with my offer price there is also a few flipped houses around the area but those are just not comps thank you.
