Just funded my first two deals in Sioux  land   flew through Omaha just 2 weeks ago.. reminds me of the central valley of CA somewhat..

North Omah a NE has historically been red lined but recently received a big influx of funding and has some strong Econ dev nodes.

Rocks dont look like that.Warren has said on many numerous often occasions dont try to be him.Becky Quick once asked the Oracle of Omaha whats his WHY?

Believe it or not, we have also bought more deals off of the MLS this year than any post-recession year before.I would assume KC has a similar audience of sellers as our market in the Omaha area. 

I played a round of golf with a friend of one of my bizz partners.. he was ( probably retired by now) president of Con Agra and they lived at the same Country Club in La quinta.. but that was his routine.. leave Omaha or were ever Con Agra is headquartered on the company G 4 and fly to Thermal play gold Friday Sat Sun and fly home Sunday night.. so ya it happens..
