This is the local chapter of the National REIA and we have plenty of people with great knowledge that could help you out. 

Once you get some knowledge and experience, you can move on to specialty groups. 

Having someone local with 40 years of experience and deep knowledge of the neighborhoods would be incredibly valuable, especially as I’m still learning what makes a good deal in each submarket.I completely agree with you on the importance of building a solid team first.

I can’t comment on individual properties without analyzing all data and having knowledge of the location/area
