If Clayton had concentrated on B/A properties in Phoenix (like the hedgefunds are now) after the market crashed in 2012, where would he be today?  

To get the biggest bang for the buck , I would go where the highest concentration of illegals live .

Most PMs concentrate on marketing, and at least somewhat neglect operations.  

In terms of my goals, I concentrate/focus on three metrics (and cash flow isn't one of them because that can be manipulated).
