Dang…so much for DSTs being “safe” investments almost by default/shattered that illusion…

But there seems to be some illusions or delusions that real estate just runs itself and one can live like they inherited 10 mil bucks in a few short years.

If you were to pay daily your “savings” would be $57.44 over the 3 years Of course these savings are an illusion, because you would not be earning interest on the payment amounts that are being paid prior to the due dates.   

Paying all cash and thinking it makes you profits faster is an illusion. 

It gives people a reason to stay exactly where they are… or worse, it gives negative personalities the illusion they’re “helping” by spreading doubt.

This speculation fuels inflation and economic inequality, while misleading ordinary investors into buying into an illusion of value.

Also folks in the mid west or cheaper markets have these illusions about CA being high priced there are plenty of markets that are priced basically the same as Indy..
