Inventory is so low now it's unbelievable.

Invariably, they enjoyed investing success, and then at some point whipped out an Excel spreadsheet and determined that they could make more money, leverage their time in an unbelievably profitable fashion, with better hours, by morphing into a coaching organization that is harnessed to state-of-the-art marketing.And if you're not a self-starter, do you really have any chance at being successful as a real estate entrepreneur, with a coaching program or otherwise?

The process of goal setting, taking action, holding yourself accountable, adapting to the market, achieving goals, and setting new goals is unbelievable.  

But i find unbelievable deals.

Now, put this same biological unit in a steel cage and hurtle it down a path at unbelievable speeds (30mph up to 70 or 80!)

The overwhelming advice, comments, successes and ideas are just unbelievable.
