Also stay away from providing amenities, fridge, stoves, dish washers, washer/ dryer units and even garbage disposals.

One would have clean dishes while the other was being filled with dirty dishes. 

Dishes can be shared if everyone is OK. 

They can get enough hot water from the stove to bathe the baby or wash dishes.

Most likely, they would replace it themselves without telling you at that price point -- they do not want landlords visiting and telling them to wash their dishes an mop the floor!

Then, you do dishes with a view of the outside, but you've got your dishwasher right to the right hand side of the sink. 

No need to keep an eye on supplies, deal with clogged toilets, replace dirty towels and broken dishes, answer (sometimes) dumb questions, manage check-ins and arrange cleanings.

One small oil spill-yes if they didn't notice it was leaking and then got it fixed; but multiple spills means they didn't fix the car.Options to try are baking soda and vinegar or dish soap like dawn that breaks down the oil.
