If USA is 5% of the world's population, companies might be missing out on 95% of the market if they do not export.The one thing I would be sensitive to is different cultures and laws, in Europe, guns are not popular, so American movies without guns might be more widely accepted than action flicks with guns.

I have no problem going out and renting a movie.

I am married with a 2 year old little girl, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, out doors, games, movies, music, etc.

I enjoy video games (Destiny, NBA 2K19, Fortnite), Movies, TV and hanging out with friends over a drink or a cigar.

I have been involved in the past about sales managing and maintaining commercial properties as well as construction projects into retail, banking, movie theaters, and a hotel.For about a year I have been watching and listening to a gentleman that has about 25 years in the experiencing of successful real estate buying and selling apartment complexes and currently owns almost 5,000 apartment units.

Go to the movie industry I forgot which dept exactly and let them know you have a space to rent for short lease or whatever you all agree to ,and get top dollar from those entertainment folks who come to the A for work ,and privacy is high priority for them if you allow pets on your property that maybe a plus think of B list actors or just folks who want to feel normal
