While asspro works by reducing the target on your back (and by making it harder to collect if it gets to that), unless you structure the whole thing very well, and have your lawyer/trustee sign all your documents throughout all your transactions, from the beginning, you will leave a paper trail behind yourself, relatively easily identifiable if you become the target of an educated person. c.

One day, the perception of those colleges will change, but it's going to take several years.Sorry for the rant...I agree college is important but to automatically take on 200k of debt when you could have taken on only a fraction of it, or none at all, signals a serious error in judgement and common sense.

@ Tad KleinAt showing usually both parties if a couple or roommates are all there,, so if they like the place and submit applications, I have them all pre sign all lease paperwork, addendum's, ect.. pending the status of application approval..
