Once you get established with this practice round (SFH), then go on to fry some bigger fish.

Basic stuff I've restocked:shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, 1 frying pan, 1 medium size pot, silverware, knife large wooden spoon, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt, and pepper.Some pro tips: I always do this shopping at Costco and buy quality items at bulk and a bit cheaper.

They have limited Manpower and a Form 1040 with a Material Participation election, well, you would think they had bigger fish to fry.  

There is a monthly meet up the 2nd Tue of the month, along with a weekly Fri AM. 

There are more fish to fry.

I am not telling 50 button pushers all about the house, or having to go there 8 times for showings at dinnertime.If I don't get good applicant (happened once in February where only one person showed), I post again the following Thursday night fri, morning.Been doing this for 11 years, never a problem.

I'd be curious to know, does CA or San Diego or really anyone have a chart telling McDonalds the maximum they can increase the price of a quarter pounder and fries? 

Others have already mentioned advertising a property without legal title, see what the FTC has to say about that as well as state RE departments.And, as Jay mentioned, some states aren't acting on the wholesaling matter, doesn't mean it is ignored, it could be they have bigger fish to fry and are under staffed.
