We invest in Idaho, which is only a 90 minute flight from there- aggressive appreciation, basically zero vacancy and probably the most landlord friendly state in the country.

Mainly looking for guidance on finding the right brokerage in the greater  Portland Maine area. 

Hey @Andy Gonzales, I use to work for one of the largest relocation housing companies in the country.

HUD has a website of "Fair Market Rent" for the whole country broken down by either county or zipcode. 

Naples is one of the worst market in the country and in reference to seasonality, this is the worst time to be listed.

They were all high entry cost compared to other areas of the country and lower ROI but my operational costs were very low due to quality tenant base.

My wife and I run a design studio and partner with investors across the country on high-end specs.
