I will sometimes put a sign with an arrow at the entrance of the street the house is on too (especially if the street where the house is doesn't get a lot of traffic).

The only issue is that its tucked against the highway and basically at the end of a commercial street with geographic barriers all around, so theres really no opportunity for any other development ie multifamly etc in that vicinity.

If you're in the middle class or lower it's cheaper to do nothing.We have a listing that's $189k, fully remodeled, with a park across the street.
