when i do seller carrybacks I get hammered by yellow letters soliciting the purchase of my notes. we just sold one and the buyer got a 22% apr.. 

The yellow circles are "weep holes" that allow for water to exit if it goes inside the window.

I do find BP fairly tame compared to our local Facebook group which is no holds barred until their Google meter or whatever goes yellow then the moderator cranks down on posters.    

This feels like a yellow flag from a landlord to PM prospective.

also in case it's helpful, these are the 10ish neighborhoods where developers are building new construction. on the east side, you'll see islandview and east village (they border the yellow, which we call the villages - it's a really gorgeous historic district, like boston edison). and islandview and east village are very up-and-coming areas (pretty blown out, so that's why there's lots of land for developers to build on). and with that in mind, those areas (like all around van dyke and kercheval) are popping off and attracting renters and home owners bc of the retail/bars/restaurants that the villages offer (the yellow part of the map). is that info overload?

But one morning we drove over so he could show me a job and there had been a big shoot out on the street with all those little yellow cones placed over spent shells.  

Plus a nice green carpet with little yellow flowers.  

Kind of like asking a mortgage broker if they use yellow paper instead of asking for a loan.
