I posted this on another forum, but thought I would add my 2c here:In my opinion, one of the benefits of real estate being fairly illiquid is that you can't keep refreshing your browser to see wild swings in valuation.On a deal by deal basis, yes - there are already effects on market pricing going forward.

This all stems from a lack of understanding the stock market and the fairy dust people take fees to sell you that may sparkle at one time and look like rust (if there is even anything left) after things plunge.
