It is month-month, and you can label the tenant names in the refrigerator and find a housekeeping person to clean the home daily. 

No sure if any does it in your market.. but if you have a specific market or NH that you want to hit.. knocking on 10 doors a day leaving your refrigerator magnet..

If you're going to go that route I'd also recommend refrigerated flavored creamer (this time of year pumpkin spice), half & half, and non-dairy options.
