Do you have any tips for compiling rate/occupancy data for a particular market?

It's also worth pointing out that the MLS exists because agents have come together and compiled a cooperative information database.

Was thinking about hiring a VA who can review the PM expense reports and also compile all of them into one QuickBooks account for the tax guy.

The only way around that is to compile and accept as fact certain historical data that could be used to calculate a property value.
