When I try to Quote a poster I end up with all the codes and what not.

I want to get better at figuring the NOI, ROI, CoCR, etc but am having a hard time figuring out if I'm correct based on the information given through the pro-forma or MLS or what not.

Went from a 30-year to a 15-year and got in at 2.875% with closing costs and what not all rolled in.

Only time will tell.Looking back I should of exploited it more but the cold call and door knock and what not was pretty standard.

I can recommend them to you, but I would still suggest getting references and whatnot prior to hiring them.

I think I am getting really good ideas what clients might enjoy and what not to do.

That's why many people are happy to be earning their 1% in their savings accounts or whatnot.

I can set reminders and what not to remind myself... but I was curious if anyone had utilized something like Excel to track their communications with people.
