However I wouldn’t count on it closing quickly due to 1) a glut of refinances going on right now due to very low rates at the beginning of this month, and 2) logistical difficulties due to Coronavirus (e.g., some town halls being closed for recording).I would pay attention to the terms of the HELOC of course, obviously the rate but also any other terms such as ability to convert to a fixed and under what terms, how long you can keep an outstanding balance before it needs to be repaid in full, etc.

. : )Plenty of cheap houses to buy just be sure that you don't have to get tons of different managers with the portfolio as that is a logistic nightmare of epic proportions.

It is disruptive to your life, a huge logistical project, it takes time and money - and it is physically exhausting!

So just think about it, any strategy taken by them has a distinct/significant advantage, mathematically/statistically/logistically over anything that the USA can possibly achieve in the realm of sequestering/mitigating/testing 300+ million.

I feel that it provided me with a well laid platform to understand where accountants, HR management, and logistical employees were coming from.

I'm only laying this out because everyone else is only treating this as a logistical error.

I do 40ish transactions a year and feel like I can concentrate on selling better while she manages all the logistic's for closings.
