There might be situations were we think we help folks I too have suggested a last second BK but lets not fool the audience here we all are in this to make a profit and a great profit. it cost to much money to chase these deals to pretend otherwise.I was new.

Those quotes can be fair for a 4‑zone retrofit without ducts, but only if the scope is apples to apples: line-set lengths, BTUs per head, brand/warranty, electrical, condensate pumps, permits, and wall patching.

If you’ve got good boots-on-the-ground support, taking charge of branding, guest messaging, and social can absolutely move the needle on cash flow.That said, I’ll echo what a few others have mentioned, if breakeven (or better) is the goal right now, you might want to take a look at the Florida Panhandle.
