You can try and match the stain to your LVP so its more cohesive if that matters for this quality property.

Other than severe stains ruining mostly pillowcases, we still have all of them in rotation from the first year. 

It wasn’t terrible, but it was dirty and and weird stains on the wall and black stuff in the shower tiles. 

For the smell, I had some luck using "Natures Miracle" urine/ spot and stain remover.  

So 2 complete sets are needed, plus extras for those that get ruined by stains or holes over time. 

1) You save the fight over the security deposit when the tenant says you made the stain because you worse dirty shoes in to the property. 2) Consider hiring a handyman in the future.

No sign of mold but pelaing wall paper and water stains everywhere.

Unless the tenant stained it, ripped, tore, or burned then it is on you.
