Not sure what you would pay but here in Chicago I pay $160 per 1000 for delivery with bags and the company is legit meaning they don't end up in the trash!

Since then I asked for tracking confirmation of mail delivery and was sent the payment receipt.

I would think it would take someone experienced with people to ensure a smooth, natural delivery so that it doesn't sound like someone is reading from a piece of paper.
